Grinnell Mechanical offers a wide variety of design and installation services for all types of HVAC systems.  Our engineers work with your staff on-site to assess your HVAC needs and plan and design the most appropriate system.  Depending on the scope of the project, the design phase averages 4-6 weeks. Our licensed HVAC professionals handle the installation from start to finish.

Our job doesn't end with installation.  Grinnell service technicians are on-call 24-hours a day to troubleshoot or make emergency repairs. Our average response time for a service call is 4 hours, and is based on priority.

Taught by the area's finest journeymen-instructors, all of our service technicians undergo the most rigorous training available, which includes 800 hours of hands-on training in the classroom and on-site.  Postgraduate training ensures that every technician is up-to-date in all aspects of HVAC installation and design.  Additionally, staff members are experienced in AutoCAD to produce and review designs on-site.
